Campus Connect Wi-Fi

Please follow the below steps for using the Campus Connect Wi-Fi services:

Step 1: First of all, students and employees can collect their personal voucher pin which is required for user registration from their concerned HOD/In-charge of their department/section.
Step 2: The user can then connect to the “Campus Connect CUS” WiFi signal and click on User Registration and enter the voucher pin.
Step 3: After step 2, please enter the OTP which has been sent to your registered mobile number.
Step 4: After step 3, your password will be sent to the phone number which would be required for future login to the Wi-Fi services. Please keep your credentials in a secured way.
Step 5: After successful registration, when you connect to the“Campus Connect CUS” WiFi signal , a login page will open where you can enter your mobile number and login password.

Case 1 If your name and voucher pin is not there in the list

Please fill up the form as provided in the link below and kindly get it forwarded to Systems Management section through your concerned Head/In-Charge of your department / section.

Case2 If user has changed their mobile no and it has to be updated with the Campus Connect Wi-Fi services.

You may contact Systems management office with a valid university identity card. Voucher can be collected after two working days (02:00 PM to 04:00 PM ) 

Case 3 After receiving the login voucher pin, if user is still unable to login.

Note *:

Users can log in to two devices simultaneously.

Users availing this Wi-Fi service will have to strictly comply with Sikkim University Information Technology (IT) Resources and Internet Facility Usage Policy, Fair Usage Policy and Department of Telecommunication guidelines on Wi-Fi hotspot and the user should not share their login id and password with others.
